Overview
Entrepreneurial Studies gives you the tools you need to start or expand a business, manage a small business, lead innovation efforts in a corporate environment, or become an effective manager in a fast-growing enterprise.
About the Major
This interdisciplinary major gives you a background in many disciplines, including marketing, finance, accounting, and law. You will graduate with understanding of all aspects of business.
Gain hands-on experience by providing resources, training, and support to a local micro-business. You will complete a professional business plan to use to start your own venture. You may also choose to enter our annual Business Plan Competition. Our faculty will help you every step of the way.
Degree Requirements
The program combines core classes, specialized courses, electives, and an internship. You will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

But you won’t be limited to starting your own business. An Entrepreneurial Studies major will also prepare you for careers as managers, consultants, advisors, and many others.

Access to the abundance of career ready events helped Alison to land a position at Nassau Financial Group during the Summer of 2022 as their Human Resources Intern.
