Entrepreneurial Studies gives you the tools you need to start or expand a business, manage a small business, lead innovation efforts in a corporate environment, or become an effective manager in a fast-growing enterprise.
This interdisciplinary major gives you a background in many disciplines, including marketing, finance, accounting, and law. You will graduate with understanding of all aspects of business.
Gain hands-on experience by providing resources, training, and support to a local micro-business. You will complete a professional business plan to use to start your own venture. You may also choose to enter our annual Business Plan Competition. Our faculty will help you every step of the way.
The program combines core classes, specialized courses, electives, and an internship. You will graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

The majority of new job openings in the United States today are in small businesses, and most successful business leaders have strong entrepreneurial skills. But you won’t be limited to starting your own business. An Entrepreneurial Studies major will also prepare you for careers as managers, consultants, advisors, and many others.
